Calling for social change is not an easy job, but one that helps great groups make a difference on important issues. We are looking for calling staff who are articulate, friendly, and dependable, and who, most importantly, want to bring their conscience to work. Our very best callers deliver consistent, impassioned presentations on every single call, and they put 100% into every moment that they are on the phones.

The calling schedule is flexible, but we require a minimum of 12-16 hours per week. We have the most openings on our evening shifts. The pay is based on an hourly wage plus bonuses for strong performance; the top performers earn $15-17 per hour. We will discuss the details of the pay system, as well as your preferred schedule, after we receive your application.
