In addition to standard daily campaign reports, we can provide telephone number verification services (phone append) through outside vendors, list analysis and segmentation, and suppression of “live” calling list data.
Returns Tracking
We strive to raise the standard for check pledge return rates in the fundraising industry, and to aide this ambition, Telefund’s Information Services Department analyzes and processes client-provided return information. This analysis guides reminder mailings to unfulfilled pledges and provides reporting of overall campaign return performance. In addition, our callers are evaluated based on the strength of their returned pledges; we evaluate and award those callers with the best performance in generating revenue for our clients.
